Because our services involve reserving time and resources specifically for you, we have the following refund policy. 1. General Policy All purchases of training sessions, classes, memberships, and packages are generally non‑refundable, except as outlined in this policy or where required by law. 2. Cancellations by Client • Single Sessions & Classes: To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Late Cancellations/No‑Shows: Sessions or classes canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund. 3. Cancellations by DBH Health & Fitness If we need to cancel a session, class, or program for any reason and cannot reschedule, you will receive either: • A credit toward a future session or class, or • A refund for the affected session or class, at your choice. 4. Memberships & Packages • Unused Sessions: Unused sessions within an active package are generally non‑refundable but may be transferred or credited at our discretion. • Early Termination: If you must end a membership or package early due to medical reasons or relocation, please contact us in writing at davy@dbhhealth.com. We may offer a prorated credit or partial refund, subject to review and documentation. 5. Programs and Special Offers Refunds for special programs, challenges, workshops, or promotions will follow the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Where no specific terms are given, this Refund Policy applies. 6.
