Welcome to DBH Health & Fitness. These terms govern your use of our training services and website. By booking a session or visiting our site, you agree to comply with our policies. We provide personalized fitness coaching and health programs designed to help you reach your physical goals in a safe, professional environment. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and our obligations as your training provider in Cut Off, Louisiana. Services, Booking, and Payments
All training sessions must be booked in advance via our website or in person. Payments for single sessions or packages are due at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full session fee. If DBH Health & Fitness must cancel a session, we will provide a full refund or a rescheduled time that fits your schedule. Please ensure that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments, as late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate subsequent clients. Packages purchased have an expiration date of six months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining sessions will be forfeited without a refund unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but we will notify active clients at least thirty days prior to any changes taking effect. Your commitment to these schedules helps us maintain a high standard of service for all our local community members.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and consulting a doctor before starting any program. DBH Health & Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from physical exertion or improper equipment use. All content on this site belongs to DBH Health & Fitness and is protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to modify services or terminate access for policy violations. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
